Additionally, we offer non-traditional inspection products and services such as our Insured Self-Inspection App, Capture Q, and our Desktop Risk Assessment (“virtual inspection”) and our Claims Assist inspections to provide quick, comprehensive photo sets on minor liability, property and auto claims. CIS Group can install custom outbound phone survey programs designed to capture interior information to supplement exterior inspections or capture details around wood stoves, course of construction and updates to critical systems.

CIS Group’s web-based inspection processing platform, Navigator, provides versatile solutions to optimize our client’s inspection handling workflows. Our technology team has decades of experience building custom solutions and integrating with customers’ systems and 3rd party policy management and inspection aggregator systems.
