I am William Appel, and my background includes over 20 years as a Senior Project Manager in the fast-paced telecom macro construction industry, where I managed large-scale initiatives and led teams of more than 70 employees. During this time, I developed strong operational, organizational, and leadership capabilities, particularly in streamlining project workflows, improving accuracy, and driving performance across diverse teams. I have moved from the corporate arena to the general contractor side of telecom, and currently have a self-performing operation.

While growing services into the Loss Control and Inspection Field, I have applied the same disciplined project management approach to build and lead a successful inspection team of eight, under the New Apple Contractors name.

I am based in Slidell, Louisiana, with dependable coverage throughout St. Tammany Parish, up to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. My regional knowledge, combined with my inspection expertise, allows me to deliver thorough, timely, and accurate field assessments across varying personal and commercial line inspection types.

We have the capability to handle volume, while maintaining product delivery integrity.
