He does have a clean background check verified by a shield ID number also known as Aspen Grove ABC number, which will not expire till 02/026/2026. His background check was also recently verified by ‘Hireright.com’ and ‘Sterlingcheck.com’ and ‘yardstik.com’. He does own a roll of caution tape and a hard hat type 2 class E and ASTM F2413 EH boots and ASTM D120 type 2 class 4 leather gloves and convenient face masks for being able to do tasks at a residential property or commercial property that is vacant or is facing repairs. He does have easy access to a laser color printer of 1200x1200dpi. He is comfortable with spending time at any vehicle (cars, trucks, buses, boats, motorcycles) dealer stock lot or any vehicle repair shop for the purpose of getting information about a vehicle. He plans to own a camera drone with internet capability, and to obtain the FAA Part 107 certification for the purpose of doing detailed roof inspection. He is not a big expert in doing field inspection but he is willing to learn more by successfully completing many projects of interior inspections.
