I was a Director of Property Management for about 35 year for 3 differnet national compnaies and set up their programs that they still use today. I’m semi retired and started doing bank inspections and then commerical inspections for the past 16 years. We have several national clients we currently work with. We screen, hire and train new inspectors throughout the Pacific NW and currently have 35 well experienced inspectors. We’ve negotiated our prices to fit the budget of out clients. We cover 100% of the Washiington and Oregon areas. The major cities of Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Wenatchee, Portland….and so on, are local fee inspections. However, we go to many remotes areas of both States, quite often, some travel fee apply. Please note, there are many times that our clients have remote inspections in the same areas, which we can split the travel fees among two or three differnet clients which lowers the travel fees quite a bit for these remote areas. Although we might be doing 200 or 300 inspections during the month, our communication systems allows us to pinpoint exactly where we are at with any inspection for any client within a minute.
