Aside from my service with the Army out of high school ending with a honorable , I have been in the construction industry from the ages of 16 to 30 years building track homes, manufactured homes, and high end custom homes. I have a background in Architecture Engineering and fire sprinkler systems and designs. With my construction background I have been a self-employed independent structural inspector both residential and commercial and have trained Inspectors within my field from 2001 to present, 11 yrs. in commercial and residential inspection, 8 years Property Casualty insurance inspections that consisted of end-of-life environment inspection, residential, commercial and high value losses. I have a strong background in stick-built and commercial structures followed up with solid familiarity in the commercial systems. I value my skills in identifying the cause/source of the damages in a given structure and my ability to address and identify the types of material needed repairs needed to bring the structure back to whole. I am able to engage and work well with others. As I teach my Adjusters, I am a representation of the professionalism my clients expect. It is my endeavor to maintain that level of professionalism to their customer at all times.

I am available for daily in the following areas. East TN, NW Georgia, SE Kentucky. For areas outside these fall for availability.
