I have over 30 years of experience conducting commercial lines risk control evaluations for all lines of coverages such as auto, trucking, property, inland marine and workers compensation. My strengths lies in between property with HPR experience, fire protection, casualty, construction and trucking. I have experience conducting OSHA 30 training, safety leadership training and other applicable safety management courses in person and in a webinar format. I am an adjunct college professor at Collin College, in Allen, Texas. I am part of the Construction Management and Construction Safety group of professors. I am a former OSHA Authorize Instructor for Construction and General Industry. I have conduct several OSHA and DOT mock Inspections as well as accident investigations. As I am moving towards retirement, I am looking for additional opportunities as an independent risk consultant and / or inspector. Additionally, I have a strong background in risk analytics, loss analysis and utilizing AI to enhance reports and information.

If needed, I have the capability to serve as a partner that provides various types of policies, procedures, manuals and program such as full health and safety programs, fleet safety programs, quality control programs etc. If there is a company that would like to partner with me to provide these types of services, I would be happy to discuss. Additionally, I am a former licensed professional inspector in the state of Texas.

I would be interested in reasonable opportunities to conduct commercial risk control / inspections. If needed, I would be interested in doing virtual surveys and I would be interested in doing quality control or reviews of submitted reports before that are moved forward to the client. Although, I am more than happy to go directly into the field, my choice would be to consider options of opportunities that are more in line with virtual work.

Also, is there is a need for some form of manager / management, I would be interested in having a conversation as well.

I participated years ago in doing reports for US Reports, Technical Services, Inc, Reliable Reports, Regional Reporting and Safety Evaluation of America. However, that would be about 20 plus years ago the last time I did independent work for vendors.
