I have been working in the inspection and field services industry for more than 17 years, including owning and operating AAA Inspection Services LLC since 2007. During that time, I have completed thousands of field assignments involving residential, commercial, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

My experience includes property evaluations, risk assessments, field documentation, and detailed reporting for financial institutions, insurance companies, property managers, and commercial clients. As an independent contractor and business owner, I handle assignments from scheduling and fieldwork through reporting and client communication, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and meeting deadlines.

I take pride in being dependable, thorough, and able to work independently in a wide range of field conditions. My experience managing my own business has also given me a strong understanding of client expectations, communication, organization, and the importance of providing accurate information that clients can rely on for their business decisions.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA.
