Construction and real estate professional with more than 35 years’ experience in all phases of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential real estate development. Served as developer, land planner, architectural designer, owner’s representative, risk assessment, general contractor, and project manager. I have served both public and private sectors in all manner of land development issues and projects. I currently provide due diligence, progress and risk analysis inspections to principals, Commercial, HUD and FHA-funded lenders and borrowers. I also serve as a post-disaster Inspector to FEMA contractors throughout the US and its territories.
