We proudly serve the Southeast Georgia area and are fully equipped to handle any type of commercial inspection. Our experience covers a wide range of operations, including hotels, restaurants, auto service centers, convenience stores, church facilities, shopping centers, trucking operations, medical facilities, confinement poultry farms, condo associations, and more. We also conduct farming operations inspections and workers compensation safety inspections, which are a regular part of our workload.

We also complete high‑value residential inspections, including full interior assessments with RCT.

While Southeast Georgia is our primary service area, we do travel outside our normal coverage zone when needed. Additional time and mileage compensation apply for those extended‑distance inspections.

To maintain the level of quality our clients expect, we work from a minimum inspection rate and do not take on the low‑value $8–$15 assignments. We also want to note that we do not cover Savannah, GA.

Each year, we complete roughly 1,400 inspections, giving our clients the benefit of deep experience, consistent quality, and dependable turnaround times.
