I am an experienced loss control professional with over seven years of hands-on experience conducting commercial and industrial loss control surveys throughout the United States, with extensive coverage across Georgia and the Southeast. My background includes comprehensive property, general liability, and workers’ compensation inspections for insurance carriers and carrier-appointed vendors, with a strong emphasis on underwriting support and risk mitigation.

My experience includes evaluating risk exposures at large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, including multi-building campuses and properties exceeding 100,000 square feet. I regularly assess COPE characteristics, fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems, hydrants, and emergency access), and overall site safety in alignment with NFPA standards and applicable local codes. I also have extensive experience conducting builder’s risk inspections on active construction sites, including large-scale commercial, multi-family residential, and mixed-use developments.

I am currently in the process of formally launching my own loss control survey company, focused on delivering reliable field inspections, clear and actionable reporting, and professional communication with insureds and underwriting teams. My operations emphasize efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, supported by advanced technical reporting tools such as RapidSketch and Loss Control 360. I am accustomed to independently scheduling and managing inspections across multiple regions while consistently meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

As the company grows, my long-term goal is to scale by subcontracting qualified inspectors while maintaining strict quality control standards and uniform reporting expectations. I am based in Metro Atlanta and currently service Georgia, with the ability to support surrounding states as needed.
