It started in the field—where inspections paid pennies on the dollar, and paperwork piled up faster than solutions. It was born from the hands-on experience of field occupancy inspections, a successful commercial cleaning business in Atlanta, and the sharp, problem-solving mind of a Solutions Architect who saw the cracks in the system and decided to fix them.
Inspections were stuck in the past—slow, inconsistent, drowning in inefficiencies. Across both residential and commercial industries, the same issues appeared: a lack of authenticity, transparency, and forward thinking. So, Nested Objects was created to do what the industry refused to—modernize inspections without losing the human touch.
