Preferred Inspectors List View

Started in late 2018 when taking over the field/property inspections for a friend that was moving away and looking for someone to take his place. I was looking for something more flexible to focus on my volunteer ministry work and my family and this seemed like a good fit. During COVID, I was slowly transitioning to and adding insurance inspections (loss-draft), and commercial jobs. After COVID, the inspections I was doing turned more in to a collections department, and not inspections, so I signed up with several commercial inspection companies until I had enough to tighten down my range of work. I’m currently working with Sutton, Preferred, and Midwest Technical, but looking these are still taking me over an hour away from home at times. My location puts me right in between two major cities under an hour away so I’m looking to tighten my bubble by filling in work from other companies. My wife assists in making phone calls for scheduling and putting my route together with routing software so we’re able to work together most days.
