About Brandon Gay
My name is Brandon Gay, and I run 12 Connections out of Antioch, California. I cover the entire Bay Area, from Contra Costa to San Francisco, down to the South Bay, and even up toward Santa Rosa. I’m not afraid of driving, and I take pride in showing up on time and turning reports around fast, usually within 24 to 48 hours after I’ve got access.
I handle personal, commercial, and high-value inspections, and I’m expanding into chimney, roof, HVAC, and dryer vent work as well. I’m currently working on certifications through SureFire and InterNACHI to keep leveling up and offering more value on every job.
