Home State Inspections LLC provides insurance loss-control and property inspection services throughout Southern California, with more than 15 years of field experience.
Juan McField, CPI®, has experience inspecting a broad range of properties, including single-family and multifamily housing, mixed-use buildings, retail, offices, restaurants and bars, hospitality, warehouses, light industrial, and other commercial occupancies.
His loss-control work includes documenting property conditions and identifying observable hazards and risk factors related to building systems, operations, maintenance, premises liability, and general liability exposures.
Juan also has experience evaluating and documenting fire and life-safety features, including automatic sprinkler systems, fire alarms and detection, standpipes, fire pumps, portable fire extinguishers, means of egress, emergency lighting, and available inspection and testing documentation.
He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, CCPIA member, and FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, with additional training through NFPA, OSHA, InterNACHI, AHIT, and industry loss-control programs.
His approach emphasizes careful field observation, accurate documentation, and clear reporting to support the needs of clients and underwriters.
