Juan McField, Co-Founder and Administrative Manager, delivers inspections across Southern California that meet InterNACHI standards. He leads loss-control workflows that produce actionable risk assessments—helping underwriters make informed decisions, reduce exposure, and improve safety.
Juan is a candidate for NFPA’s Certified Hazard Recognition Specialist (CHRS) credential and has completed training through NFPA, the OSHA Outreach Training Program, CCPIA, VIITA, InterNACHI, and AHIT. He oversees daily operations (scheduling, QA, fieldwork) and manages the company’s drone program, maintaining FAA compliance. Juan is InterNACHI-certified and a licensed FAA UAS (drone) pilot.
