If you will look at my resume you will find that I was a real estate broker. I can look up property sites in county documents fairly easily. I used to have to go to the county to look up each property individually. I worked for Hoffbrau Steaks and became a roving manager for all four restaurants, especially during the summer months. I am very familiar with restaurants where inspections need to be in the morning or after 2 pm and before 5 pm for lunch and dinner restaurants. The last twenty-five years I have done storm water pollution prevention plans and inspections of those plans. Writing reports either weekly for construction plans or quarterly for industrial plans. I am used to reporting what I see. Every storm inspection included a certification that I was telling the truth with penalties of fine and imprisonment. I just earned my certificate from Viita. see attached. I am looking forward to my new career in risk management insurance inspections.
