I have a VIITA Commercial Lines Certification and Professional liability coverage as an independent contractor. During the past thirty years, I have developed extensive experience in commercial real estate, insurance, banking, and debt finance. I can manage complex projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders and provided contracts and inspections under firm deadlines. I have managed deliveries of asset and budget audits, contractor and engineering procurement, loss control inspection, and oversight of State regulatory requirements including special uses and temporary certificates of occupancy. My commercial experience includes a variety of commercial uses, and I am open to engage personal line contracts as well.
